Heidi is known for her passion for life (jour de vivre, as the French call it) and it seeps through her life and work. She is passionate about negotiating and providing quality experiences for her clients. While she's not hard at work, Heidi enjoys traveling and creating memories with her loved ones and shares that same passion & love for her husband, Chad, son Sawyer and daughter, Stella.

Meet Renee Schenk
Majoring in Marketing from The University of North Carolina Wilmington, Renee found herself beginning a career in residential property management as a Leasing Professional and Assistant Property Manager in Raleigh with one of the top residential management companies. After 5 years in property management, her husband's job brought them to Michigan, where they bared the cold Mid-West for 2 years.
After moving back to Raleigh, NC in 2016, it was time for the next step in Renee’s career. Being a homeowner herself, Renee knows the feeling of finding your dream home and the excitement that overcomes you when you step inside. She thrives on providing this positive experience for all her clients through organized check lists and dependable professionals. Whether you're buying or selling, Renee will be there every step of the way to not only assist and guide you, but build a relationship that goes beyond the initial transaction.

MEET KELLI COX
Coming from a background of Customer Service, Kelli loves handling transaction coordination for our buyers and sellers. Making sure our clients get their questions answered and that the transaction closes is her priority. Kelli grew up in Michigan, graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Communications, and has lived in several states before settling down in North Carolina in 2013. She spent seven years in Asheville, working in the real estate field, before moving to the Raleigh area.
Kelli also loves to work with buyers and sellers, helping them achieve their goals of homeownership or selling their homes. Having owned several homes herself, and most recently building her home, she understands the process and wants her clients to have the best experience possible.
Family is of the utmost importance to Kelli. She loves to spend time with her husband, son, daughter-in-law, and daughter, traveling locally and all over the country. In her spare time, she loves to scrapbook, capturing family memories for generations to come.
