Meet Renee Schenk
Majoring in Marketing from The University of North Carolina Wilmington, Renee found herself beginning a career in residential property management as a Leasing Professional and Assistant Property Manager in Raleigh with one of the top residential management companies. After 5 years in property management, her husband's job brought them to Michigan, where they bared the cold Mid-West for 2 years.
After moving back to Raleigh, NC in 2016, it was time for the next step in Renee’s career. Being a homeowner herself, Renee knows the feeling of finding your dream home and the excitement that overcomes you when you step inside. She thrives on providing this positive experience for all her clients through organized check lists and dependable professionals. Whether you're buying or selling, Renee will be there every step of the way to not only assist and guide you, but build a relationship that goes beyond the initial transaction.

Erika took a hobby which became a passion and turned into a career. Living most of her life in Raleigh, Erika has firsthand knowledge of local market trends from over the years, along with greater surrounding areas, school district information and local places to enjoy and visit. When she is not happily assisting clients, you can find her spending time with her daughter Elena and son Blane, alongside her husband Nate. The family of four never tires of exploring hidden gems, antique shopping, and tasting all the delicious food our local spots have to offer. Ask her Erika about her infamous “ Tour de Raleigh” that she and her family take part in as often as they are able.

MEET EMILY ADKINS
Emily is a North Carolina native who is dedicated to establishing relationships with clients to help them find their perfect home. She has called Raleigh home since graduating from East Carolina University with a BS in Health Services Management. She started her career in the ever changing health care industry, focusing on customer service related professions. After purchasing her first home, Emily took an immediate interest in the real estate business. The blend of her customer service mindset and passion for success prove to be vital assets when helping home buyers and sellers alike. When she’s not busy helping her clients, you can find Emily at any of the local dog parks with her fur baby, Keagan.
